  • Bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance and no later than 24 hours prior to the trip commencement (subject to availability).

Deposit and Payment Policy

  • An initial deposit is required to confirm a booking. The deposit amount depends on the services selected.

  • Services such as flight tickets and train tickets require 100% advance payment.

  • Hotel bookings may require 50% to 100% advance payment, based on individual hotel policies.

  • Payments can be made via:

    • Credit Card (through our secure online gateway)

    • Bank/Wire Transfer

    • PayPal

Note: Transaction fees may apply and are additional to the booking amount.

Final Payment

  • The full and final payment must be completed before the conclusion of the trip.

  • Depending on your selected payment method, the balance may be requested at any time during the journey.

  • In certain cases, the final amount may be collected in cash by the driver before departure.

3. Booking Modifications

Modifications such as changes in arrival or departure dates are permitted, subject to service availability. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested changes under the existing booking.

If modifications cannot be adjusted within the existing booking, the current reservation will be cancelled and a new booking must be created.
